Mortgage and educational loans: what innovations have been introduced and for how long

There are seven social programs of preferential lending for the population in Uzbekistan.

Interest rates for mortgage and educational loans will remain the same as an exception.
This is reported by the National database of legislation of Uzbekistan Lex.uz with reference to the decree of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev dated April 8.
Thus, the rate on a mortgage loan remains at 13%, on an educational loan – 10%.
This decision was made primarily to support people who need to improve their living conditions. The second purpose of maintaining interest rates is to provide young people with additional opportunities for higher education.
